Lindsay McLaughlin
Entering her 5th year as the Executive Director of the Wayne Community Schools Foundation (WCSF), Lindsay is the first-ever hire for the Foundation. A graduate of Chadron State College, Lindsay went on to obtain her master's from Wayne State College. Lindsay earned her doctorate in Adult and Higher Education from The University of South Dakota. Her background has been primarily in collegiate athletics serving in various roles from coaching to administration. During her time as the Executive Director of the WCSF, Lindsay has focused on enhancing and maintaining alumni relations, developed a brand and identity for WCSF, created a policy and procedure manual, as well as coordinated several events. Lindsay works closely with Wayne Community Schools Superintendent on establishing annual funding goals for the school district.
